My daughter wanted some little nick nack cubbies for her appartment. She also wanted them to be a little more contemporary; no wood grain. She wanted them painted black... Here's the results. |

The second furniture project isn't a build either. Sometime in the 30's or early 40's, my Grandfather built a hope chest for Mom. He was a master carpenter, but he kinda threw this thing together. Still, it has lasted many decades and I want to spiff it up for another few. |
