Sam's Polynesian Chicken Wings

Kind of a sweet & sour twist on an old fav, but they're yummy.

Ingredients
Three lbs. of chicken wings
One C. of soy sauce
C. orange juice
C. pineapple juice
C. lemon juice
C. Maderia wine
Three cloves of garlic, crushed
One Tbs. honey
Sam's Polynesian Chicken Wings

Preparation:

  1. Cut tips off wings and discard; cut each wing in half at the joint
  2. Place chicken in baking dish
  3. Combine all remaining ingredients and pour over wings
  4. Marinate refrigerated for 4 to 6 hours

Instructions:
Pour off marinade and bake at 325° until done.  Broil on each side for a few minutes until crispy. Serve warm and enjoy.
