Here we go again... Candi calls these "Nana’s Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins," but I don't know no Nana. I ain't never seen Nana. Frankly, I don't know much about these muffins either, but the "stuff" looks like it'll make good muffins, and Candi says they're good, and that's enough for me. Still, 'til I meet this Nana lady (or get an angry email), I'm offering up this generations old Rogers recipe from Candi. Enjoy.

Ingredients 1 cup self-rising flour cup sugar 1 TB baking powder 1 egg cup milk cup oil 1 tsp grated lemon 1 PK cream cheese cup fresh blueberries * 1 TB lemon juice * 3 tsp sugar |

Instructions:
Mix the top nine ingredients together. Bake in regular or mini muffin
pans and bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees. Mix the lemon juice and
sugar together and bush on top of muffins once they are pulled out of the oven.
