Candi's Cream Cheese Muffins

Here we go again... Candi calls these "Nana’s Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins," but I don't know no Nana.  I ain't never seen Nana.  Frankly, I don't know much about these muffins either, but the "stuff" looks like it'll make good muffins, and Candi says they're good, and that's enough for me.  Still, 'til I meet this Nana lady (or get an angry email), I'm offering up this generations old Rogers recipe from Candi.  Enjoy.

Ingredients
1 cup self-rising flour
cup sugar
1 TB baking powder
1 egg
cup milk
cup oil
1 tsp grated lemon
1 PK cream cheese
cup fresh blueberries
* 1 TB lemon juice
* 3 tsp sugar
Cream Cheese Muffins

Preparation:

Instructions:
Mix the top nine ingredients together.  Bake in regular or mini muffin pans and bake for 20 minutes on 400 degrees.  Mix the lemon juice and sugar together and bush on top of muffins once they are pulled out of the oven.

**This is definitely a family favorite from Momma or Nana-Banana!!**
